 As professional women, Divas 2 Die 4 SMC/ SWC, with the help of God, we will host fundraisers within the community this will help us to purchase the resources to help provide our youth with the knowledge of becoming leaders for instance back to school supplies and backpacks. This will supply them with the expertise and resources to a better education; fundraisers will also help provide safer places for us to hold dances, plays, baskeball tournaments and feed the homeless, this also will be developed by working collaboratively with business, government, and community organizations.
We will focus on strengthening the relationships between home, school, and the community. We also will be doing fundraisers accompanied by our youth to assist in the elderly community. We are here to help our youth learn the importance of self respect and respecting our older generations, who also at this time need assistant from our community.
Our elderly play an important role in raising our youth. They pass down culture that is not always explained in textbooks. We are positive women who like to be around positive people. We are a Sisterhood. We plan to network with other social / motorcyce clubs that share the same goals and interests. Divas 2 Die 4 SMC/ SWC was founded in May 2006. We came together as one to try and help make a difference in our children's futures, because it takes a village to raise a child. While we work hard, we do take time out to have fun.
